Students completing this program will gain a foundation in the oral and written English skills that are needed to pass the United States Citizenship Exam. This program will also give students a background in U.S. history and American government as they relate to the U.S. Citizenship Exam. This certificate is awarded to students who have completed the two ESL Citizenship courses.
Learning Outcome(s):
- Produce oral and written responses to the "100 Questions" on the United States Citizenship Exam.
- Respond appropriately to questions about the Application for Naturalization.
