Students completing this program will gain a foundation in the oral and written English skills that are needed to pass the United States Citizenship Exam. This program will also give students a background in U.S. history and American government as they relate to the U.S. Citizenship Exam. This certificate is awarded to students who have completed the two ESL Citizenship courses.

**Learning Outcome(s):**

1.  Produce oral and written responses to the "100 Questions" on the United States Citizenship Exam.
2.  Respond appropriately to questions about the Application for Naturalization.
