MANAGEMENT SPECIALIZATION

The Management Certificate of Achievement gives students skills for managing employees and presents legal issues that surround the employee-employer relationship through courses in management, supervision, leadership, human relations and human resource management.

Learning Outcome(s):

1. Demonstrate critical thinking to analyze and evaluate data that impact business decision-making in managing labor resources.
2. Describe and demonstrate an understanding of the legal and ethical context in which the practice of management is conducted in the United States.
3. Apply best practices in management to implement plans and evaluate existing business practices.
