The Certificate of Competency in English as a Second Language Program is designed to develop the reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills of limited-English speaking students, through the continuum of ESL classes, in preparation for enhanced job opportunities and transition to academic studies. Submitted an admin workflow to update the PSLO's expected SLO performance value from 70 to 100.
