This program is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills that help them understand all aspects of sports medicine/athletic training field and to prepare associate degree students for transfer into Athletic Training.
Learning Outcome(s):
- Students will be able to assess sport injury related information, then interpret and articulate that information to players, coaches, Athletic Trainers, and medical personnel.
- Students will be able to recognize and select appropriate athletic injury management response.
