Individuals will gain knowledge in conducting fitness assessments, designing training programs, selecting appropriate exercises and equipment, and applying effective training techniques. Additionally, individuals will complete an internship course under the mentorship of experienced faculty/trainers, where they will develop practical skills in client interaction, communication, motivation, and professional conduct.
