This certificate will prepare students to become Instructional Service Agreement Instructors in agencies that serve adults with disabilities. Program contents emphasize strategies for instruction, real-world assessments, recognition of learning challenges, and legislation governing both agency programs and college programs meant for adults with disabilities.
