Warehousing Certificate of Completion

The Warehousing Certificate Program will provide an opportunity for students to complete a short-term, intensive, hands-on program. Upon successful completion of the Warehousing Certificate, students will have the skills necessary for obtaining an entry-level position in warehousing or Logistics. To Achieve the Certificate of Completion: Upon completion of the following courses with at least a ‘P’ grade in each course, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

Program Learning Outcomes

• 1. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to analyze how a warehouse supervisor can effectively use all facilities, equipment, and personnel.

• 2. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to examine and apply basic concepts and principles of warehousing in order to address warehousing issues.

• 3. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to analyze OSHA's safety regulations to reduce potential liability.

• 4. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to exceed customers’ expectations.

• 5. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to safely operate a Class V forklift in a competent manner.
