Engineering Technology Certificate of Achievement
This program includes foundational science, math, and design courses and prepares student pursing studies in engineering or engineering technology pathways. To Achieve the Certificate of Achievement: Upon completion of the required courses with at least a ‘C’ or ‘P’ grade in each course, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.
Program Learning Outcomes
1. Upon successful completion of the program the student will be able to solve technical engineering problems by applying design and engineering process methodologies.
2. Upon successful completion of the program the student will be able to demonstrate an ability to apply a knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering, and technology to engineering technology problems.
3. Upon successful completion of the program the student will be able to communicate engineering design solutions effectively through individual and cooperative group efforts including speaking, writing, presentation, and the use of various design graphics and technical software.
4. Upon successful completion of the program the student will be able to demonstrate an ability to function effectively as a member of a technical team.
