The Vineyard and Winery Administration Certificate of Accomplishment is designed for students preparing for management in the wine-growing industry. Some level 1 positions might be titled vineyard assistant supervisor or winery assistant supervisor.
The graduate of the Certificate of Accomplishment in Vineyard and Winery Administration will:
- Assess and relate an appropriate mastery of the knowledge, techniques, skills and modern tools of the viticulture and winemaking industry.
- Compare various marketing and selling techniques in the wine industry.
- Describe logistics and compliance related to wine growing implementation.
