##### Former Title: Support for Students with Special Needs

The Support for Students with Disabilities or Delays Certificate is designed to prepare students with knowledge, skills, and resources to address the diverse needs of children and adolescents with disabilities or delays. Students are offered intervention strategies, adaptive curriculum, and tools to both support and empower educators and families in both natural and/or inclusive education settings.

**Learning Outcome(s):**

1.  Demonstrate analysis and knowledge of the personal and team roles and responsibilities of the special education provider in the public school which includes diagnosis and implementation strategies for students with disabilities or delays.
