      "markdown": "### Summary\n\nThe Visual Communication Certificate of Achievement is designed to provide students of multimedia the opportunity to develop necessary foundation skills in visual communication by utilizing industry standard digital design tools and processes. It helps students master the tools and processes of contemporary visual communication, digital video, and graphic design by providing them with industry standards production experiences. The curriculum is structured so as to provide students a balance between aesthetic and technological design application.\n\n**Award Note:**\nThis program is not eligible for federal financial aid in accordance with Federal regulations.\n\n**Learning Outcome(s): Students who complete the Visual Communication Program will be able to:**\n\n1.  Evaluate and apply appropriate technology to support specific business activities and business solutions.\n2.  Analyze specific business problems or situations and identify possible solutions, including predictive analysis, synthesis of information, resourcefulness, and troubleshooting.\n3.  Choose the appropriate mode of communication for a specific situation and then communicate ideas, concepts, and solutions through effective written and oral communication."
