This certificate of achievement provides a focused course of study for students in preparation for careers as licensed architects or designers, with a focus on single-family homes or duplexes. Emphasis is placed on drafting basics including linework, dimensioning, and symbology in the context of appropriate industry standards, and with the use of computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
