The Work Readiness Certificate prepares students to get and maintain employment in the U.S. It prepares students to join the workforce immediately or to continue their education in the pursuit of a career.

Learning Outcome(s):

1.  Students will demonstrate effective workplace communication skills including cultural competency, collaboration, and problem-solving.
2.  Students will demonstrate technology skills for the workplace including research skills, Microsoft Word, email, and giving presentations using technology.
