The Computer Support Specialist Certificate prepares students for entry level positions in computer repair and operating system administration for both physical and cloud computing applications.  The courses are aligned with, and help prepare for, the industry standard CompTIA A+, Server+, and Cloud Computing certifications.

**Learning Outcome(s):**

1.  Demonstrate the skills and knowledge to repair and configure computer hardware and software.
2.  Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and administering networked operating systems for both physical and cloud computing applications.
