**Credits:** 37.0 - 39.0 credits

The Music Vocal Performance program is designed to provide the student with two years of training in vocal performance in preparation for professional or semi-professional employment. It also satisfies the first two years of the music major four-year degree. The curriculum may also academically prepare the student to transfer to a university to complete a Baccalaureate degree program. It is highly recommended that a student consult with a counselor to determine whether this degree is the bets option for their transfer goals. Important: To obtain the Associate in Arts Degree in Music: Vocal Performance, students must complete the following requirements with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0.
