**Credits:** 21.0 credits

Humanities refers to a broad range of subjects, including art, history, music, theater, languages, literature, philosophy, ethics, and religion. A Humanities major at College of the Siskiyous studies the achievements of the human heart and mind; they work within a variety of disciplines in order to acquire a deeper understanding of themselves, civilization, and the world. The Humanities curriculum academically prepares the student to transfer to a 4-year university to complete a Baccalaureate degree in a related discipline. Please check with a counselor for specific transfer requirements.
