The Business Information Worker (BIW) – Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement prepares students for a career as a Real Estate Salesperson according to the California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) and the Department of Real Estate (DRE). After successful completion of the BIW - Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement, students may take the Real Estate Salesperson License test and then seek employment as real estate agents or work for a real estate broker and/or management company.

Upon satisfactory completion of this program students will be able to:

1.  Students will be prepared to become a Real Estate office professional or work for a Real Estate broker.
2.  Students will have the knowledge to perform the duties in a Real Estate office environment, among licensed agents and brokers.
