      "markdown": "This is a noncredit certificate program in English as a Second language for intermediate-level English Language Learners. The program, including a course in grammar, reading, and writing and a course in speaking and listening skills, is designed to prepare students for the English language demands of entry-level career training and entry-level employment. After completing this certificate, students may go on to advanced-level ESL classes leading to academic as well as career training programs.\n\n#### Program Learning Outcomes\n\n1.
