Our local industry partners anticipate significant additional need for skilled labor as we recover from this unprecedented event.\n\n**Program Learning Outcome(s):**\nUpon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to:\n\n1. Practice industry standards for safety used in construction environments.\n2. Interpret technical drawings and schematics for use in construction applications.\n3. Employ the techniques and materials used in common construction projects.\n4. Demonstrate the techniques used in foundation and wall layout.\n5. Manage and maintain the mechanical and electrical systems used in construction projects.\n6. Demonstrate the proper technique employed in the operation of various hand and power tools."
