      "markdown": "#### Study Skills for College Success Certificate of Competency\n\nThis noncredit program is designed for all students who seek to improve their study skills in all disciplines for college success. Upon completion of this program, students will learn tools, skills, and strategies to build their efficiency in textbook reading, academic vocabulary, note-taking, test-taking, time management, and memory.  To Achieve the Certificate of Competency: Upon completion of the following courses with a grade of ‘P’, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.\n\n### Program Learning Outcomes\n\n-   Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to build fluency and comprehension as they relate to textbook reading and vocabulary development. Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to develop and improve note-taking, test-taking, and memory skills and strategies.
