      "markdown": "#### Recruiting and Managing Employees Certificate of Completion\n\nThe Recruiting and Managing Employees Certificate of Completion is intended to give small business owners the basic skills necessary for recruiting, hiring, and managing new employees. The noncredit courses focus on giving the business owners the tools required to prevent issues while understanding the legal and financial implications of hiring employees. Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of ‘P’, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.\n\n### Program Learning Outcomes\n\n-   1\\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to implement the best practices when recruiting and posting employment opportunities in physical and digital spaces.\n\n-   2\\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to distinguish basic employee rights and possible legal implications.\n\n-   3\\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to distinguish the records and data needed in order to calculate basic payroll for employees in a small business.\n\n### Program Requirements"
