#### Manufacturing Technology Certificate of Achievement

This program teaches students the spectrum of tools utilized in the manufacturing industry: manual machining, computer-controlled machining (CNC), welding, computer-aided design, and basic math. Upon completion of the required courses with at least a "C" or "P" grade in each course, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.

### Program Learning Outcomes

-   1\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to demonstrate proficiency in technical skills and safety principles required for employment in the manufacturing industry.

-   2.Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to demonstrate problem solving skills used in manufacturing, industrial design, and product development.

-   3\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to demonstrate the ability to set up and operate traditional milling machines and lathes.

-   4\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to demonstrate the ability to set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) milling machines and lathes.
