The six interactive hands-on classes are an enjoyable and educational way to get into the garden, improve your skills, commune with nature, grow healthy foods or explore career opportunities for a blooming future. To Achieve the Certificate of Completion: Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.\n\n### Program Learning Outcomes\n\n-   1\\. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to select garden plant varieties for different growing conditions, including traditional gardens, landscapes and hydroponic methods.\n\n-   2\\. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to design and plan edible gardens, landscapes suitable for the San Joaquin Valley.\n\n-   3\\. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to evaluate environmental and plant health conditions to determine proper care methods for edible plants.\n\n-   4\\. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to evaluate tree and plant health requirements and explain placement, planting and maintenance methods to achieve the best outcome.\n\n### Program Requirements"
