It will also give students the confidence to participate in training that is delivered in online formats. To Achieve the Certificate of Competency: Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Competency.\n\n### Program Learning Outcomes\n\n-   1\\. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be able to apply different search techniques and methods while accessing a variety of search engines.\n\n-   2\\.
