**The graduate of the Cert of Completion in Formal-wear Specialist will:**

1.  Justify equipment and construction techniques suitable for formalwear.
2.  Evaluate fit, style, and construction in regard to formalwear.
3.  Apply fitting techniques and specialty fabric knowledge to create a well-fitted advanced-level formalwear garment.
